A beautiful rare coffee table designed by Cor Alons, manufactured by De Boer Gouda in the Netherlands, 1950.
It is completely made of high quality teak plywood in beautiful round and bent shapes, creating a very elegant yet modern style! The table has a beautiful slightly higher edge, creating a multi-dimensional effect and ease of use. The base is made of four legs that come together under the table lop and bent outwards for extra stability and style. All together this is a wonderful piece of Dutch design, combining beauty with practical solutions, which is exactly what they are famous for.
This unique find remains in excellent condition, making it a truly valuable find of midcentury Dutch design!
