Custom French Neoclassical or Empire Style Cherry & Burl Wood Coffee Table
About the Item
An exceptional custom made vintage coffee table with a burl wood inlaid cherry top. The base is believed to be a converted French Empire style chandelier. The feet have ball bearing casters, and are accented with bronze mountings with bronze detailing around the edge of the table top as well.
The chandelier base dates to the Early 20th century, with the conversion to a coffee table happened in the Mid to Late 20th Century
