Danish Design with V-Shaped Legs, Kurt Østervig 1950s

About the Item

Rare Coffee table designed by the famous Danish furniture designer Kurt Østervig, Denmark in the 1950s. Mid- Century modern period. Sculpted coffee table on "tip toeing" 4 unique, strong, solid teak triangular legs with second tier cane shelf. Raised edge teak top showcases the beautiful attention to detail paid by Kurt Ostervig in his iconic 'signature' v-shape. The table is in a great original condition. Please see pictures of small imperfections. A low 30cm (11.81inches) height up to shelf.
