About the Item
This original EGG Noir Ebonized side or coffee table is shown in the original EGG Table size, approximately 20 inches. EGG tables are original, truly artisanal, much copied. Our pieces are made one piece at a time on a single lathe by master craftsmen in Australia. EGG Tables were inspired by the 20th century sculptures of Arp and Brancusi. EGG Noir enhances any decor, from modern to period with it's timeless sculptural profile and refined quality. It's designed to be used in multiples in front of long sofas or banquettes or next to individual chairs. Each EGG Noir Side Table or Coffee Table is made of solid, selected, sustainable native rosewood which has a naturally dark colour and figure to the timber that can become a feature to the texture of the ebonized finish or can be filled in for a completely smooth glossy surface. Original EGG Tables are made in a variety of dimensions, hardwoods and finishes and can customize to your specification. EGG Noir shown in situ shot here in front of an original Rene sofa, also by Wende Reid, also available to order in custom lengths and colours.
