The tabletop is a thick acrylic plate laser-cut in the butterfly shape and then hand-painted with gold or copper paint and gold or copper flakes to match the legs' colour. With its polished finish, this coffee table takes some time to manufacture because the hand-painting and polishing operations are very time-consuming and require several work steps for surface preparation.
