Denmark, ca. 1960s. A large and incredibly sturdy coffee table or bench by Illum Wikkelsø for A. Mikel Laursen. Features solid staved teak rectangular top supported by thick chamfered legs. Perfect for a family room, and designed to take a beating, this piece would also make an interesting low media console. Professionally refinished and in excellent vintage condition.
