About the Item
Coffee table, leather, Carrara marble, Italy, 1970s.
This coffee table truly radiates Italian design of the seventies. The use of soft cognac leather combined with striking geometric forms is highly notable and characteristic for that era. The outer frame resembles the designs of Italian designer Luigi Massoni for Poltrona Frau. The expressive veins of the marble are visually very convincing and pleasing to the eye.
Please note that this item is in used condition. The leather shows scratches and dents. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
