Low Round Tricolumn Coffee Table by MSJ Furniture Studio
About the Item
Our Tri-Column Coffee Table is made from solid beech in our Vancouver based furniture studio. Inspired by columns left behind by ancient Greek and Roman architecture. Consisting of a line of three columns and balanced on the opposite side with one semi-circle. The columns are turned by hand in our studio.
Fitting well in modern interiors the tables whitened finish allows you to admire the wood grain below.
The table height, width, and base can be custom made to match your needs. Custom wood species and finish can also be ordered to match your space.
Every purchase supports our local economy and provides living wages to North American craftspeople. As always, customizations are welcome!

MSJ Furniture Studio
A contemporary furniture design studio based in Vancouver British Columbia. Founder Michael Smith-Jones comes from a long line of builders, sculptors, and artists. Raised surrounded by his father's stone sculptures Michael draws influence and inspiration from his upbringing and his fine woodworking background to create bold assertive designs, with sensitivity to balanced form, function and beauty. Each piece is handmade in our studio. Every curve, surface, and joint is contemplated and scrutinized to produce furniture that you can enjoy for a lifetime. Our designs are carefully crafted to be comfortable in many design environments. Bringing in old ideas and new to create furniture that is reminiscent of the past while belonging in the present.
