This stunning and sophisticated Mid-Century Modern cocktail table was realized in France, circa 1960. It features a cylindrical base created finished in a sumptuous antique gilt and topped with a circular tile mosaic top full of verve and subtle dynamism. The table top consists of a starburst pattern of rectilinear pearl white tile segments that radiate towards the edges of the piece, cascading over the sides. The tile and antique gilt offer a beautiful Material and tonal juxtaposition.
