About the Item

This Double X Base Cocktail Table by Leon Rosen for Pace is an excellent example of the use of minimalism and the strength of material finesse in Mid-Century modernist Design, originating from the United States Circa 1970. Featuring angled rectilinear components in a gleaming polished brass forming the base of the table, they bisect to create an X shaped three dimensional profile that stimulates from all angles with it's precise material execution and balanced design. The acute pointed angles at the end of the brass elements rest evenly on the ground surface providing great stability as well as supporting the transparent glass top, durable, sleek, and versatile. This piece will style brilliantly in a wide array of interiors and movements, from Classic Mid-Century to Contemporary and Minimal Design. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
