The whole set in hand-welded extruded, brushed brass frames. All tables are loose and can be combined in various shapes. Modular simplicity by P. Tendercool. P. In our experience as former antiques-dealers, insurance company charge a premium and turn in Kafkaesque red-taped bureaucrats whenever a claim is filed... Important notes 100% hands – no Robots BLT Frames P. Tendercool's BLT frames are made with extruded brass rods and are 100% cut, welded, cleaned, brushed & finished by Hand. Which means BLTs will never be machine-perfect: some edges will be a bit rounded or very slightly out of angle. This may leave tiny gaps when placed together and some welding traces will always be visible. BLTs show our hands... BLTs can be used outdoors but be aware that Brass and Bronze oxidizes: although we apply a protective, maintenance-free primer-coating, minor discoloration over time will occur. Antique dealers call this 'Patina'. Expect this mainly with our 'naked' BLTs, which show the natural brass, This 'patination' phenomenon is perfectly normal, inevitable and intentional. BLTs will age with grace. BLT Glass tops We offer a range of tempered glass tops in a great many colors, or send us your swatch and well match. We advise not to sit or Stand on our BLTs with glass tops and note glass tops typically are a few mm smaller than the frames to ensure they'd always fit: minor gaps between glass and frames are normal. Photos We take great care when we photograph our creations or produce our samples, but computer monitors differ, colors may not be exactly rendered and BLTs are created by hand, not by Robots. Do check with us should you have any doubts. You are always welcome to pay us a visit, both our gallery and workshop are open to the public. Unfortunately no photo can capture the look and feel of the real deal.

Since we use reclaimed wood from Vintage Thai houses, the wood may show traces of restoration, some holes might be filled in (from old wooden pegs), or other marks from the wood's past, which in our view add a unique character to each item we create.
