This is a gorgeous French-made Directoire or Louis XVI coffee table. The frame is brass with beautiful detailing and metal work and an old patina and time-worn distressed finish. It can be professionally polished to look like new with some elbow grease or the right handyman helping out. The table dates to the 1950s era and is in the style of Maison Jansen .
