Rare Round Oak Coffee Table with Entretoise by Emile Seigneur - France 1950's
About the Item
Art deco inspired minimalist solid oak coffee table by Emile Seigneur for Berceau de France. Originally meant to be a children play room table. Remarkable design with two oak roads entretoise crossing at the center. These rods are simply inserted in the legs with no pegs or glue. A iconic design piece from the French post WWII "Reconstruction" era best represented by René Gabriel and Marcel Gascoin.
Another identical table with lighter tone oak is available.
This table will ship from France and can be returned to either France or to an upstate NY location.
