Rectangular multileg low table by Jaime Hayon Dimensions: D 100 x W 160 x H 35 cm Materials: Tabletop in MDF veneered in walnut nature effect (NG EN). Legs are made in solid lacquered or stained wood to match with the table top. Available in sizes 150 x 50 cm, round, and in finishes: Marble, matte, walnut or gloss. The Multileg Table came about in an obvious way, springing from the Multileg Cabinet. Using the same legs, Jaime designed three tabletops, converting them into functional sculptural centerpieces. In 1972, a group of young architects and designers from Barcelona created BD with the aim of producing and marketing furniture and other objects for our projects, with complete creative freedom and with a criterion that has turned out to be quite different from the norm at companies in the sector, regarding both the shape and function.
