About the Item

These sculptural side tables—executed in sympathetic tribute to Adrian Pearsall and other rising mid-century modernists—are a masterclass in form and function. Two identical tables stand as architectural statements, their bentwood bases elegantly composed of bowed solid-wood bands that rise and converge in poetic arcs. A ¾-inch thick round glass top with a polished green edge floats above, creating a graceful interplay of transparency and organic movement and adding a layer of airy sophistication. Each table measures approximately 24 inches in diameter and 19.75 inches high, with the wooden base itself spanning 13.25 inches wide by 13.375 inches deep, and rising 19 inches to the glass. Their dimensions are ideal for intimate pairings—perfect as eloquent end tables or understated accents in gallery-style interiors. In remarkably well-preserved condition, the wood shows its original warmth with gentle patina, while the glass retains its clarity, with only minor surface wear that underscores its vintage authenticity. Exceptionally styled Mid-Century Modern side tables. These bentwood side tables are sold as a pair. Both are identical, featuring elegantly formed bowed bands of solid wood. The tables are functional works of art with distinct sculptural appeal. The tables are topped with luxurious 3/8″ thick round glass with a polished, green, edge. The glass surface makes the tables easy to maintain. Wipe away spills. No worries of water marks from cups. The tables are unsigned, but aesthetically marvelous and beautifully crafted.
