About the Item
TARTARUGA TABLE is part of our mono-material object collection. This oval low table resembles a podium of an understated monumentality with a form that balances the classic and the modern.
COLOUR
Body: White smooth surface.
Top: white smooth surface with white marble specs.
Very refined matte varnish.
MATERIAL
Made from our own aggregate of cast stone and marble. Mixed and poured by hand, the table is assembled and sealed with a specialized highly protective coating, which makes the surface non-absorbent and spill-resistant. The table can also be used outdoors. and as with any natural material, it is recommended to be placed under a covered area where there is no standing water. Slight variations in size and colour are due to the use of natural materials and the handmade nature of our products - each is unique. The TARTARUGA table comes in one size and is ready to be placed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Lift the table from the top-body bottom with both hands. Place the table vertically and gently. Use the table indoors and outdoors. When outdoors, store under covered areas where there is no standing water. Clean with just a damp cloth. Don’t pull, drop or drag the table. Don’t tilt the table on its base to lift it. Don’t drop hard/heavy objects on top surface edges. Don’t leave spills unattended. Don’t use hard chemicals to clean. Don’t sit on, stand on or use it as a stepping ladder.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all of ALENTES' products are free from manufacturing faults and defects for 24 months from the original delivery date. In the unlikely event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy.
The guarantee does cover the possible dismantling of the object’s parts and casting cracks that are larger than hairline cracks (>1.0mm).
The guarantee does not cover damages that are caused by not following the care instructions, erroneous maintenance and/or improper use of the goods, chipping of top/bottom edges resulting from not following the care instructions, water corrosion damage that results from not following the care instructions, discoloration due to extreme weather conditions, hairline cracks that are 1.0mm or smaller.
In the rare case that your product appears faulty, please contact us immediately. We will consider your claim as quickly as possible and correct it to the best of our ability. Based on your photographs, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a deficiency of manufacturing or material nature, or whether it is due to normal wear and tear. Defective items will be replaced or refunded if the replacement with the same product is not possible. We will arrange with you to send us the item back and we will replace it free of charge and shipping costs. We will operate with the utmost speed to reduce waiting times.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
ALENTES packages its goods according to the fragile items method, to minimize any breakage during shipping. Unpack and inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In case of damage during shipping, send us an email with a report and photographic evidence within 3 working days upon delivery. All our ALENTES arranged FEDEX shipments are insured during transport, so any damaged goods during shipping will be replaced.
RETURNS
Our products are typically made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a technical issue with the product. If however, for any other reason, you wish to return the product, a return for this item may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the original shipping cost., the customs duties and taxes for export and import back into the country of origin. Items must be returned in the packaging and condition received.
