"Strick House" Coffee Table by Amir Farr

Buyer Protection Guaranteed

In the early 1960s, Los Angeles architect Amir Farr collaborated with the great Oscar Niemeyer on the Brazilian architect's only North American commission, the much loved Strick House in Santa Monica. Farr designed the custom-made furniture for the house, including this coffee table. At just ten inches in height, this table sits very low, which creates a relaxed, informal atmosphere in any vignette arranged around it. The table also helps draw attention to objects placed on it. For those who occasionally like to sit on the floor when entertaining a more intimate gathering of friends, this table is the perfect thing.
