Tessellated Bone and Black Lacquer Wood Restored Cocktail Table Vintage
About the Item
This amazing and beautiful fully restored vintage pagoda shape style cocktail table is tessellated inlay bone and has a black lacquer wood base. It is in the style of Karl Springer and from the 1980s. It has a timeless look and classic style. The bone has been bleached from the old lacquer that was left on from the time period. New lacquer was then put on the bone to protect it. The edges are softened and this is a rendition of Asian style meets modern. The bone is now off-white with variants of different shades. The base was re-lacquered black over the wood. This cocktail table is elegant with its simple and clean lines and organic modern materials. Tres chic! This is a winner on all levels. We had purchased this as an authentic Karl Springer table awhile ago. We have not seen another one of these.
