Use.
This table can be used either Indoor or Outdoor.
Color/ Texture.
Top: white smooth surface with white marble specs.
Body: White smooth surface.
Very refined matte varnish.
Material.
Made from our own aggregate of cast stone, mixed and poured by hand, the table is assembled and sealed with a specialized highly protective coating, which makes the surface non-absorbent and spill-resistant. The table can also be used outdoors. and as with any natural material avoiding exposure to standing water is recommended. The PIEDI COFFEE TABLE comes in one size and in one piece ready to be placed.

Designed and handcrafted with high-quality materials by ALENTES in Greece.
Lead time.
Our standard lead time is 7-8 weeks from payment unless otherwise specified in your quote. If you have a specific timeline in mind, please let us know before purchasing, and we’ll provide the soonest available delivery estimate.
Care instructions.
Lift the table from the top body with both hands. Place the table vertically and gently. Use the table indoors or outdoors. When outdoors, we recommend storing under covered areas where there is no standing water. Don’t pull, drop or drag the table. Don’t tilt the table on its feet to lift it. Crafted from solid materials, this table is built for maximum longevity and durability. Clean simply with a damp cloth.
Guarantee.
We guarantee that all of ALENTES' products are free from manufacturing faults and defects for 24 months from the original delivery date. In the unlikely event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy. The guarantee does cover: possible dismantling of the object’s parts and casting cracks that are larger than hairline cracks (>1.0mm). The guarantee does not cover: damages that are caused by not following the care instructions, erroneous maintenance and/or improper use of the goods, chipping of top/bottom edges resulting from not following the care instructions, water corrosion damage that results from not following the care instructions, discolouration due to extreme weather conditions, hairline cracks that are 1.0mm or smaller.
In the rare case that your product appears faulty, please contact us immediately. We will consider your claim as quickly as possible and correct it to the best of our ability. Based on your photographs, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a deficiency of manufacturing or material nature, or whether it is due to normal wear and tear. Defective items will be replaced or refunded if the replacement with the same product is not possible. We will arrange with you to send us the item back and we will replace it free of charge and shipping costs. We will operate with the utmost speed to reduce waiting times.
Damage during shipping.
ALENTES packages its goods according to the fragile items method, to minimize any breakage during shipping. Unpack and inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In case of damage during shipping, send us an email with a report and photographic evidence within 3 working days upon delivery. All our ALENTES-arranged FedEx shipments are insured during transport, so any damaged goods during shipping will be replaced.
Returns.
Our products are typically made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a technical issue with the product. If however, for any other reason, you wish to return the product, a return for this item may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the original shipping cost., the customs duties and taxes for export and import back into the country of origin. Items must be returned in the packaging and condition received.
