About the Item
Two Rare Italian Mid-Century Modern Neoclassical Demi-lune consoles by Giovanni Banci for Hermes in hand hammered and wrought iron with Roman travertine stone tops. Priced Individually. The consoles are pure Neoclassical statements with their central ring and X Form that also are sober Modern pieces reflecting an open space, minimalist aesthetic. Thus, they are masterpieces of design.. Each console is hand gilt and has classic Hermes styling with an elegant ring in the center, anchored by four hooked round bars that form a neoclassical X-form design. It is rare to find a pair of such high quality pieces. Please note: these are priced and sold as individual pieces.
