About the Item

A rare and very unique Austrian early 19th century Neo-Classical st. giltwood and faux Porphyry demi lune console. This wall mounted statement making console is raised by a beautiful faux Porphyry mottled base. The central supports are three handsome and bold giltwood eagles with striking details and a rich satin and burnished finish throughout. Each eagle has claw and ball feet and impressive plumage. Above is a wonderfully executed demi lune mottled faux Porphyry top.
