About the Item

Somewhere between rationalism with clean, rigorous lines and a brutalism that espouses an impactful aesthetic with rough finishes, the work of the BBPR Group has always stood out for its quest for the beautiful and the functional: thus this console table, from a Milanese collection, evokes lines and weaves at once simple and complex, with a mechanism of metal rods and wooden elements serving as both decoration and structural element. The structure, as in the case of the Torre Velasca in Milan, thus becomes manifest in its functional components, itself becoming an aesthetic reference for the object. The splendid purple marble that makes up the top represents the point of contact with practical needs and the purity of the material. This console table represents an elegant element suitable for large spaces or smaller hallways, while maintaining its charm.
