Faux Marble-Top Louis XV Style Console Table Attributed to Maison Jansen

About the Item

Faux marble-top Louis XV style console table attributed to Maison Jansen. This finely distressed silver goldish leaf console is very decorative. The wonderfully painted faux marble wall mount sits atop a case with a central leaf and vine decoration flanked by the curved console legs seen very often in many of the pieces shown in both Jansen Furniture book written by James Archer Abbott. Sure to light up any room it sits in this Hollywood Regency piece is reminiscent of the style of this era.
