This sacred animal also represented the image of Tepeyolotl, "The Heart Of The Mountain", the Aztec god of mountains and earthquakes. Made out of solid oak wood, this slim console table-with hemispheres all over its frame representing thejaguar's spots-has solid hand-carved spherical bases under each one of its four legs. This jaguar is ready to pounce. Andrés Gutiérrez founded A-G Studio, a residential and commercial interior design firm in 2012, from where he has participated in the integral design of projects such as hotels, bars, restaurants and other commercial spaces, always with a deep interest in the exchange of information and feelings between the user and space.

  • Gabetti & Isola Console Table in Black Lacquered Metal and Granite by Arbo 1970s
By Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Isola, Arbo
    Located in Montecatini Terme, IT
Console table with a base in black lacquered metal and an ovoidal table top in granite, originally designed by Aimaro Oreglia d'Isola and Roberto Gabetti for the residential center Talponia based in Ivrea, and manufactured by Arbo during the 1970s. The activity of the studio of Roberto Gabetti (1925 - 2000) and Aimaro Oreglia d'Isola (1928) began in the fifties of the twentieth century. The chair with a "vertebrae" structure, in particular, conceived in 1952 in blackened beech wood, has two visible metal leaf springs...
