About the Item
The Mneme hall table continues my exploration of visual complexity with an uncommon amount of verticals and horizontals to make a table base. Mneme features horizontal elements that are twice the width of the base grid. They are densest and highest in the center becoming lower and sparser as your eyes move to the edges. The top is veneered and there is a constellation of fasteners attaching the top to the legs below.

Peter Harrison has been an independent maker for over 20 years. His unique furniture forms are constructed with unconventional joinery and exposed fasteners. He has spent his career pushing the boundaries of furniture design. Harrison meticulously creates handmade modern furniture out of wood metal and concrete.
