An Impressive carved painted console tables after the design by William Kent The rectangular Breccia marble top above well carved seated dog supports, with a central female mask above a scallop shell, surrounded by carved acanthus. English, 20th century Measures: Width: 77.5 inches, 197cm Height: 37.5 inches, 95cm Depth: 39 inches, 99cm Price €27,000 Footnote: This table is direct copies of a table made for Longford Castle, Salisbury Wiltshire, designed by William Kent and made by Benjamin Goodson, now in the Victoria and Albert museum, room 54.
