20th century French Directoire Style mahogany and brass writing desk from W. & J. Sloane
A classic design and well proportioned desk with plenty of drawers for organization. Eight Drawers, four on either side of central knee hole, and a wider central drawer. Key included to open drawers. Two pull out shelves on either side provide additional surface space. Brass border highlights each panel and drawer. Covered in a dark leather. Wear to finish throughout, particularly at the center and left drawers. Loss to finish in areas. Stains to leather and top finish. Good overall stable condition.
