Gorgeous Empire-style rosewood secretary desk from the turn of the century with Biedermeier influences.
• four-way matched rosewood veneer
• single center drawer
• built in cubbies with a second smaller drawer in the interior
• figured maple writing surface
• drawer and front both lock with the included key
This is in great vintage condition. Some veneer repairs have been carried out and a new lacquer finish has been applied. The insides of the drawer shows wear. Everything is structurally sounds and works as it should.
