Antique 1900's Rosewood Empire Dressing Table / Vanity
About the Item
36” x 20” x 32”H (inc. wheels); mirror adds 23”; knee hole 28.5" x 27"H
Gorgeous Empire-style rosewood dressing table from the turn of the century with Biedermeier influences. The curves of the legs are mirrored in the mirror supports and the curved front of the center drawer. Four-way matched veneer on the top and book matched veneer on either side. The center drawer locks and comes with a working key. The mirror is adjustable and removable.
This is in great vintage condition. Some veneer repairs have been carried out and a new lacquer finish has been applied. The insides of the drawers show wear. Everything is structurally sounds and works as it should.
