Antique 19th Century Louis XV Bureau Writing Table in Wood and Bronze

About the Item

Castle worthy desk, solid wood. Rosewood veneer edged by finely engraved brass fittings. On angled, with four looking forward, imposing curly legs, on all sides scalloped. Profiled and curved writing tablet with real leather, gold embossing. Highly decorative brass fittings, and handles made of rocaille and flowers. This proportion is precisely processed and required a high level of ability of the leveler. It is a unique piece. Beautiful patina, with shellac hand polish.
