About the Item
Antique baroque writing table from Denmark with two functioning drawers and scallop carved skirt.
The handsome legs with square base are made more dramatic with carved fluted trim.
Later custom painted, the black paint has been lightly distressed to fit the age of the table and reveal the natural wood underneath.
Restored, this library table is sturdy and ready to be used possibly as a an entry table, side table, console or writing desk.
Any scratches, cracks, dings, or age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this striking table.
