Early 20th Century Viennese Secession oak writing desk

About the Item

This luxurious and noble looking huge art nouveau desk was made around 1920 in Austria. It is made of oak wood, the table top is covered in beige genuine leather in the front part. It shows elements of classic geometric art nouveau with a transition to the ART DECO style. It is characterized by truly exceptional and detailed design elements typical of the Viennese Art Nouveau style. All original metal parts have been expertly cleaned, locks repaired and cleaned. It features three drawers on the left side and a shelf space on the other side. The table is in very good condition, showing signs of age and use, which gives it a natural patina. Height: 75,5 cm width: 146 cm depth: 90 cm
