About the Item

This exceptional vintage mid century Danish modern rosewood desk was made in Denmark circa 1960. This large executive desk has a classic Danish modern design with clean, minimalist lines and is well-crafted from rosewood with beautiful wood grain pattern. This unique design features a two-sided format; the front of desk has three locking dovetailed drawers below two slide-out writing surfaces with plastic inserts. Top drawers have solid wood accessory tray and drawer dividers. The backside of the desk has three sliding doors with sculpted wood handles that open on storage compartments and one large slide out writing surface. Finished on all sides, the desk can float in a room and serve as a space divider. Perfect for office or home. DIMENSIONS W 72.5" x D 36.5" x H 29.5" CONDITION Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Heavy and solid. Original working key locks front drawers.
