About the Item

This is the very rare top of the line version of the executive corner desk in the style of Ico Parisi for MiM Roma, complete with all the optional modular accessories that were possible to order, such as the movable drawer cabinet on the right side and the sideboard with siding doors on the left side. Both modules are attached to the main base of the desk with hinges and can be easily positioned as desired by means of the casters underneath. All the interior details are still there; the stainless steel and Perspex covers for the pen-compartment of the desk top drawers and: All the keys are still there in a set of 2 for each lock, that is for the two desk-top drawers underneath the desk top, for all the drawers in the drawer cabinet and for the sliding doors of the sideboard. The idea is to place this desk in an open space, not necessarily against a wall. The back side is beautifully finished in details and the top has a large overhang with specially designed legroom for the CEO to easily accommodate 4 sitting guest at his or her desk. This rare piece has some minor marks of use over time, the glossy lacquer is still in very good condition and the overall condition is to be described as "excellent vintage". This is truly a remarkable eye catcher in every office or home-office environment. The measurements for this listing are for the main base with desk top, the drawer cabinet measures are: 45cm wide (18 inches), 60cm deep (24 inches) and 64cm high (25.5 inches). For the sideboard with sliding doors: 100cm wide (40 inches), 60cm deep (24 inches) and 64cm high (25.5 inches). If you would position the whole piece in a straight line, the total wide is 255cm (100.5 inches).
