There will be times when additional patience will be necessary. This is a very large and handsome oxblood gold tooled embossed writing desk in the Georgian style from England. This is a beautiful antique desk that dates to the 1880-90s era and is in very good antique condition with minor signs of age and wear. The previous owner loved the desk so much they had the leather top restored. The desk has pine secondaries and a fantastic mahogany frame. The desk measures 42.5 deep x 68.5 wide x 30.25 tall.

Replacements made: Leather top was redone within the last 50 years and is in very good condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Good condition with normal age appropriate wear and signs of use. The top was replaced within the last 50 years or so. Thsi would have been very very expensive to do.
