About the Item

Royal Empire Desk/Bureau Plat, Gilt Bronze Mahogany with gilded bronze fittings in the form of female figures, incense burners, acanthus decoration and garlands. Rectangular plate with green leather inlay embossed with gold. Writing tablets that can be pulled out to the side, also with green leather. Three-drawer frame with 3 drawers underneath. Lockable drawers. There are also secret compartments (lockable), see photos in the picture gallery. Desk with bronze paw feet.
