This gorgeous desk is freestanding and has been crafted from beautiful satinwood which has been masterfully inlaid with a marquetry of ribbons, swags and garlands. The rectangular top is beautifully framed with walnut cross-banding and features an inset gold tooled green leather writing surface above seven capacious drawers. The desk is raised on squared tapered legs that terminate in the original brass castors. It bears the stamp of the renowned cabinet makers Edward and Roberts in the centre drawer. Complete with the original handles and working loks and key. This elegant desk will make a wonderful addition to your home or office.
