About the Item
The Silas Writing Desk finds its inspiration from the classic “Makers Bench” from the Mid-Century Modern period. A contemporary design crafted in solid hardwood with steel and brass accents. This desk with its minimalist style focuses on a work surface from a simpler time. Handcrafted solid wood with interlocking round posts, a perforated modesty panel and plated steel foot caps that lend a subtle air of sophistication. The addition of a two-drawer configuration provides a higher level of functionality and organization.
FSC certified solid wood construction. Made to Order. Available in three wood types and seven standard finish options. Customization available per approval. Modesty Panel and foot caps available in Antique or Satin Brass and Matte Black or Green powder coat.
