Stunning Edwardian Satinwood Kidney Shaped Desk
About the Item
A stunning Edwardian satinwood kidney shaped desk, of fabulous quality, finely carved and line inlaid throughout. The moulded desk top is fitted with a gorgeous green gilt embossed tooled leather writing skiver surface above frieze fitted with single long drawer flanked with two sets of two graduated short drawers, all quarter veneered, fitted with decorative brass ring pulls with applied flowerhead paterae motif detail and diamond shaped escutcheons. Supported on elegant tapering square legs conjoined with graceful out swept x shaped stretcher, terminating on spade foot.
