About the Item
An absolutely stunning and extremely well made vintage Swedish boomerang desk by Goran Strand for Lelangs Mobelfabrik. This was recently imported from Sweden, it dates from the 1960’s.
The quality is outstanding, this is a lovely size and has an amazing boomerang shaped design. There is a very generous kneehole which has no restriction on the right side, meaning a large desk chair could fit underneath, with a bank of three drawers on the left. The back is beautifully finished with an open shelf and locking cabinet, this comes with a key that opens the cabinet and also locks the drawers. The wood has a gorgeous colour tone and stunning grain patterns.
We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
