Viennese Biedermeier is distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design and excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design. Ebonized Biedermeier pieces were mostly made in Vienna, Austria and account for only 1-2 % of all Biedermeier furniture made. Therefore, they are very rare. This fine Biedermeier set has a lovely pearwood accentuated by ebonized tone and 200 years old patina.
