Antique rustic trestle table includes two benches was crafted from thick, solid timbers of sycamore wood, and literally designed to last for centuries! The heavy plank top is ably supported by equally heavy side structures that are affixed to bases that provide exceptional and stabile support, then connected with a heavy beam trestle that is shimmed into place for a tight fit and sturdiness that defies age. The matching original benches were crafted in the same fashion, with thick plank tops, even thicker leg structures and a shimmed trestle. Your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren will sing your praises at this table for decades to come,
circa mid-1900s.
