About the Item
This unique dining set consists of an elegant, round, extendable table (made in Poland) and four original vintage chairs designed by Antonín Šuman (made in Czechoslovakia). It is a great example of best Czech design from the 1960s, appreciated for its timeless elegance and functionality. The whole set has been carefully restored, preserving the original character and vintage charm. The wooden surfaces have been all cleaned and refinished with oil, that not only protects the wood but provides smooth and natural finishing touch. All four chairs have been reupholstered with elegant beige fabric. The ergonomic design of the chairs by great Antonin Šuman provides exceptional seating comfort. Please be informed that although the set was thoroughly restored, these are all original vintage items and may show some small traces of patina or use, the items are not brand new.
