Antique George III Mahogany Double Pedestal Dining Table
About the Item
Fine mahogany dining table with two leaves. Rounded top ends with fluted edge. The double pedestals carved and turned with curved notched ends. The attached outswept legs with ebonized string inlays and fine brass paw feet on casters. Two leaves.
Dimensions: L. without leaves 59", each leaf 20 1/4", W. 46 3/4", H. 28 3/4"
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include some edge nicks, old burn marks, scratching to the top, re-attached 3” section to one top section (Shown in last photo). All of the aforementioned is for accuracy and some level of restoration may be desired however the table retains a particularly fine Georgian presentation.
