About the Item
Fabulous quality domestically bench made satinwood inlaid and book-matched flame or crotch mahogany Sheraton style two pedestal, three leaf, cut-corner or scalloped edge dining table
-Antique copy-
Will Seat up to 14 people with all three leaves installed.
Please note fabulous satinwood and rosewood cross-banding (inlay) and handsome splay-legged pedestals on cast brass lion's paw feet.
Measures: 46" W x 30 1/2" H
74" L (6'2") with no leaves
94" L (7'10") with one leaf
114" L (9'6") with two leaves
134" L (11'2") with three leaves.
This is a "one off" table with no two being exactly alike - however, our cabinetmaker aspires to have each table made to be with brilliantly book-matched and highly figured flame or crotch mahogany. The finish is a hand-rubbed lacquer finish, done to a relatively high sheen so that the table appears to have a three dimensional effect. (A satin or semi-gloss finish on this table would inhibit the gorgeous flame mahogany from being seen at its best.)
Currently, post-pandemic, tables once ordered are being completed within 6-8 months. Please be aware of this and the production time may change without notice depending on conditions and availability of all components used to make this table. We make every effort to get our bench made tables completeed in a timely fashion but with nine different components and the current world condition with regards to deliveries, completion times are out of our control.
