Introducing a highly functional, Danish-made expansion dining table built from a mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak with exceptional old-growth woodgrains throughout. True to the Danish Modern method this extraordinary piece is as practical as it is aesthetically pleasing. Featuring two leaves that conveniently stow in table via a clever system of solid wood sliders this table can transform in mere seconds to accommodate up to ten guests comfortably. Though the table top has undergone a few minor repairs, which can be seen in the detail photos provided, this exquisite piece still has so much to give and is ready for a literal lifetime more of use. Perfect for designers and collectors alike searching for an authentic, Danish-made dining table that can expand and contract with minimal effort with no fuss and no extra storage needed. Make it yours today and elevate your dining space to new aesthetic heights. ---Dimensions--- Extended Width: 100.5 in / 255.27 cm Width: 55.25 in / 140.34 cm Depth: 36 in / 91.44 cm Height: 29 in / 73.66 cm Condition Details: This elegantly designed and crafted dining table has recently undergone a partial restoration process. The mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak shows minor signs of wear such as localized areas where the veneer is slightly raised as well as some other minor veneer repairs (all of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). With that said the teak is in overall very good condition with no stains, gouges or other damage present and the variegated woodgrains of the teak are absolutely mesmerizing in natural light. The two leaves conveniently stow in the table and are easily extended and retracted via a system of solid wood sliders built within the table frame. The table extends to a maximum of length of 100.5" easily able to accommodate ten guests. This gorgeous dining table is highly functional, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use.
