Expandable Dining Table Made from Rift Sawn Oak Custom Made By Petersen Antiques
About the Item
This classically designed dining table is seen here in 96" x 40", expanding to 120" and 144" however it can be built in any size. It can be taken apart and put back together in minutes, without the use of tools (see photos 14, 15 & 16)
Because each table is bench-made in our own Los Angeles workshop you can influence all aspects of design, including size, wood species and finish. We use only traditional carpentry techniques, no nails or metal fasteners of any kind, just mortise and tenon construction reinforced with handcut wooden dowels.
