Introducing a rare and elegant extension dining table crafted in Denmark in the 1970s by the renowned Skovby Møbelfabrik furniture manufacturer. Constructed from premium solid and veneered Burmese Teak, this extension dining table boasts a durable and high-quality construction that will stand the test of time and feature a sleek and timeless design that will elevate any dining space. Easily expanding to a full length of 90.5" this table can easily accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. The intricate trestle leg design, carved out of solid teak slabs, allows one to make use of the entire table perimeter so guests can cozy up without the discomfort of having to straddle a table leg. This splendid table is as functional as it is visually appealing. With it's stunning old-growth woodgrains, ornate oval shape and extension leaf this table is sure to make a BOLD statement in any space it inhabits. The mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak composition is in remarkably excellent shape showing only one minor bubble in the veneer as well as a four inch-long scratch (both of which are located on the extension leaf and not on the table itself) which can be seen in the detailed photos provided. With that said the table itself is in overall excellent condition and shows no deep scratches, stains or other damage whatsoever and teak woodgrains are absolutely stunning in natural light. The table easily extends to a maximum length of 90.5" and the single leaf stows separately from the table.
