About the Item
The spectacular Table design with side fitting surround leaves custom made from Mill House Antiques. The highly polished Table Top of the table with handsome chosen flame Mahogany Pie Wedge sections with a central inlaid circular Geometric design in Walnut, Satinwood and Zebra Wood. The Bird Cage type base with four Columns having a subtle fluting, graceful Sabre legs with castored Brass Caps.
The table leaves (with Reeded edge) surround the main body of the table via an ingenious system utilizing numbered pull-out hardwood rods capped with a carved Concentric Circle design which the leaves (also numbered) rest on. An incredible design which speaks volumes about refined and subtle Furniture making.
Table pads are included.
The Table measures 59.5” diameter by 30” high without the leaves (each 12” deep) and with the leaves the diameter is 83.5”.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include some scratches, nicks and a few rubs and edge nicks which do not detract from the very fine and refined presentation.
