Italian Post-Modern Polished Beige or Cream Marble Pedestal Dining Table C.I.M
About the Item
Made in Italy in the late 1970s or early 1980s, a simple design, but stunning in its large scale, warmth and functionality, a large pedestal base, cream or beige, marble dining table. At nearly 79" long this handsome table easily seats 8 to 10 guests. Notice the subtle yet calm and attractive graining. The nearly 2" thick bullnosed edge and chamfered corners base are a welcoming consideration. Both the top and base are sealed with a satin-sheen protective coating that's polished smooth and very warm.
Provenance: I purchased this table from the home of the original owners, in Cedar Grove, NJ. It was the centerpiece of their dining room for decades, was well used but well taken care of. Signed C.I.M. Italy with a sticker on the base.
Condition: There is no damage or imperfections. I have scrubbed and waxed and buffed every inch of the table and the condition is fantastic. You will love every aspect of this grand and well taken care of Italian masterpiece.
